Design totally improvised for once, no preparation, there was just the mask idea I wanted to set up.

I think I never had any silent, cold blooded killer in my roster… The kind that could be coming from a slasher movie.

…even my slashers don't wear weapons, guess that armoured bird was compensating for everyone else.
